General scope of work includes:
- Source and remove contamination from ducting
- HEPA vacuuming of all associated returns, diffusers and exhaust fans
- Replacing or cleaning all associated grills and filters, as required
- Checking air flow of the system
- Providing access hatches, where necessary
- HEPA vacuuming; all diffusers, registers and return grills
- Cleaning of heating cooling coils
- Deodorising and sanitising
- Fan coil unit cleaning: outlets registers are sealed with a filter media, then fans and plenum chambers are cleaned using manual cleaning methods.
